Family Fun
Bret went off to the MTC last Wednesday and it was really sad to see him go. I hope he has fun on his mission and we will miss him so much over the next 2 years. My parents came out last Monday to see Bret off and it's been so much fun having them in town. Bode loves Grandma and Grandpa. My dad has a few cute pictures, so I will have to get them from him! Bode is growing so fast, and I just can't even believe it. He weighs 10 lbs 12 oz, and will go in for his official 2 month check up on Wednesday. I can't believe how fast the time goes by.
He looks so big to me dressed up in these clothes.
Another picture with his favorite cousin, Darci.
Darci's big brother Drew holding the babies. Saturday night was the Romney family Christmas party which was really fun. We visited with Andy and Jodi before we headed to the party and couldn't resist some pictures of the kids. (I stole this picture from Jodi's blog. It was better than the ones I took!)
We also had the Kezerian family Christmas party last night. It was so much fun to show off Bode. Here is a picture from the party. I colored my OWN hair brown the other night. I know I do hair, but it was scary! I never try to mess with my own hair.
Just the girls. Kelli, Kaylan, Mom, and Me. Kaylan is already 1 year old!!!! She is so happy and so much fun to be around. She had just gotten 5 shots earlier that day and was happy as could be.
After the family party last night, Clint and I headed over to Kelli and Aaron's to play the Wii. Here is a cute one of Auntie Kelli and Bode. (By the way Kelli and I slaughtered the boys in 4 straight games of baseball. They were not to happy, but it was awesome. We didn't get home until almost 2 am but it was worth it.)
We probably got around 15 inches of snow or more yesterday. This is Clint shoveling us out. It took him a good 45 min to get the sidewalk and our parking spot. Thanks Clint! We didn't know if we were going to make it to the party! Luckily, Salt Lake hardly got any snow, so the roads weren't so bad once leaving Eagle Mountain.
The snowy view from the front door. You can't even see the park it's so white.
