An Update

We have been so busy lately!!! I can't believe what a crazy summer it's been. I have been blog slacking really bad, but it's because I haven't taken any pictures. I hate blogging without pictures! I will try to do better since things seem to have slowed down.. for now. A quick update:

-Clint is now 28. He is the best husband ever and I am really thankful he is so much fun to be around. I have countless videos of him making bode laugh until he screams. I love it.
-We have been to Salt Lake quite a bit to visit family, have bbqs, meet people for lunch, whatever. Bode has been a trooper.
-Clint's brother Reuben and his wife Jessicca and their 5 girls got sealed in the Salt Lake temple for time and all eternity. We were able to go to their endowment session and also the sealing. It was such a great experience and we were happy they let us be there. Thanks Gram B for babysitting Bode and letting us all crash at your house that night.
-The next morning Clint's sister, Kindra, got married up in Logan. I drove up early with my mother in law so I could do her hair and makeup. It turned out really cute, and although it was a LONG day it was a lot of fun. Bode was great even though I lost sleep over him leaving at 8am and not getting home until 11pm. I thought for sure Bode wouldn't nap and be horrible, but he was an angel.
-Bode can stand up all by himself, without grabbing onto anything to help him. I freaked out the first time he did it.
-Bode has 2 top teeth that finally came through. They decided to break through hours before my cousin Laura's wedding reception. We were out until 9pm with a 45 min drive home, but we gave Bode tylenol and he was an angel.
-Bode started doing this thing where he gets shy! He will smile at people and then try and hide his head in my chest. It's so cute and I love it when he does it.
-Bode took his first steps last week! The most he has ever walked is about 4 steps, but he gets more brave everyday.
-I have been doing TONS of hair and loving it! If anyone needs their hair done call me! I got a lovely hood dryer from my mother in law a few years back and it's been a permanent fixture in our living room.
-Clint hasn't been fishing since the trip with his dad, and let me tell you! It's pathetic how much he talks about it. He's going on a 3 day 2 night trip to Wyoming in a few weeks and can't talk about anything else. Wait- take that back... we are going to Yellowstone next month for him to fish and he talks about that too.
SOOO that was not such a quick update, but an update still the same. I still can't believe I didn't take ONE picture of all this stuff going on. Thanks to Jodi and Reuben for taking some pictures. I stole these from them!
