That is exactly what this little dude is. This piece of work is potty trained… when he’s naked at home. So I guess he’s not really potty trained. Yesterday he went potty 18 times. Although it’s GREAT, I really wish he would hold it all in and go every few hours. Half of those times was #2. Talk about GROSS. He hasn’t been feeling well, so yeah. And for those might think it’s really disgusting to talk about pee and poo, just wait until you have kids. You will be in a group of friends and the conversation goes to pee and poo and throw up and snotty noses and tooters in no time flat. It gets to be normal. Anyway, I’m growing tired of cleaning out the potty chair. He made it a few days with underwear on and no accidents. He prefers being naked from the bottom half down, so I pretty much let him. One day we’ll try it fully clothed, then try to leave the house. He had a little accident the last time I tried (2 months ago) and I was so mad I gave up and it was back to diapers whenever we leave. I’m not cut out for this potty training business. I keep telling myself if he hasn’t figured it out by the time he is 2 1/2 then I’ll push him harder. It’s just easier when he goes in a diaper sometimes, ya know? Who wants to mess with a million trips to the potty and in PUBLIC restrooms. Yuck.
Earlier today on the way home from the Dr. (after an hour and a half wait!)
Bode: Mom I’n tired. You sleepy mom? I want bed. Good nigh nigh. Memo good night night too, ok? ( his stuffed Nemo toy he takes with him everywhere. )
Me: Ok Bode I’m tired too. We’re on our way home, just hang on a little big longer!
Bode: K mom. I’n hangin’. But I’n hungren. Dinna mom? Chickn Nuggets?
Me: Ok, just because you’ve been a good boy and it’s way past lunch time.
Bode: You a good boy mom, too. I wuv you. I peed, Mom. and I wan some underwears too.
Really random conversation, but the boy hates to wear underwear, so I’m hoping this means progress that he asked for some.

I love how he talks to you! potty training is no fun i don't think it will ever be I hate when you go places to it makes your trips so much longer cause it is i need to go potty every sec and try having 2 your taking one then the other one has to go eh someday i wish they where in diapers still to I do like not having to spend the money for it though! wowa that was longer then i thought lol!!
k, I know I always say lol. But I really did laugh out loud reading that little conversation. He is too cute.
I can't believe you remembered that whole conversation. maybe it's cuz I'm like 800 years old, but I have to seriously pull over and write down convos like that while they are happening if I wanna journal them.
