Catching Up

I am SO far behind my blogging it’s just sad. I love to blog, I love reading other people’s blogs. I haven’t had energy to do much of anything these last few months! It makes me sad, so I figured I’d try and catch up a little bit.

We attended a birthday party for my cute little neighbor Elle. She had such a fun time! Bode on the other hand.. he didn’t want to eat any pizza (he doesn’t like pizza), didn’t want to ride any of the little chuck e cheese rides, wanted me to hold him the entire time, threw a fit because he drank all his soy milk on the way there and had none (Clint even ran to the store to get him some.. it was either that or we were going to leave.) The only thing he enjoyed was eating cake. Man he’s a little punk sometimes. It was his naptime and he wasn’t letting anyone forget about it. Who doesn’t love that place as a kid, even if you’re missing a nap?!? Bode! He kept asking to go home and go to sleep.

Clint spoiled me on my bday with these pretty flowers. I think I blogged about my bday already?? Not this picture though. I can’t remember anything anymore.

Bode and I made Valentine’s Day cupcakes. He ate one, I ate one, we gave a bunch away… Clint had some, I might have had some more, then a week later I threw them all out.

His hair really isn’t yellow.. my kitchen lights were being all funky and I haven’t made time for editing these days.

We took Bode bowling for the first time ever! He had SO much fun, at first. He got tired of it realllllly fast. I ended up giving Bode my turn so he wouldn’t get so bored. There was an isle way leading to the back where the maintenance guys go and Bode loved running up and down it. Oh and he refused to wear the bowling shoes at first. Once he looked around and saw everyone was wearing them, he got on board. It was so cute with him in those little shoes!

After bowling we ate out at Porter’s Steak House in Lehi. I was NOT impressed. We will never go back. And we are not picky!

 

Clint got me an orchid for Vday and it’s so pretty. I’m surprised I haven’t killed it yet. When I get more energy, I’ll take a few pictures of it. I wanted to document how this pregnancy is going, so hopefully I can do that soon before my brain turns to jello and I forget everything. Ok I might already be there, but I’ll try. I still need to blog about the dime fiasco as well… Until next time!!!
