Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving this year! I have so much to be thankful for. We are all happy, healthy, safe, provided for, and loved. Clint had the entire week off and decided to start his vacation with a fishing trip up to the Provo River on Monday. Tuesday morning we packed up the car and headed to Star Valley, Wyoming. Bode was great the whole way (although he decided he wouldn't take a nap the entire day. What kid doesn't nap in cars? I mean really!) We stayed in the cutest cabin ever. Me, Clint, Bode and Gunner all piled in this one room cabin. I was stressing out about it (hello, that's what I do) but we had so much fun! We all loved it! Here is our little cabin, with the amazing view early morning. Bode was so much fun the entire trip. He ate his first snow, jumped on the bed, giggled in the car, and even shut himself in Gunner's cage. My sister Erica and her little family were also in Star Valley over Thanksgiving. Bode and cousin Logan had fun hanging out at Grandma Suzanne's. It's really Logan's grandma, but who needs to get technical. Erica and I also had a lot of fun during the days while the boys headed out fly fishing. Suzanne had all her Christmas stuff out and it was fun to see! Even more fun trying to keep Bode away from it all. :)

Suzanne cooked up a feast and it was so yummy! My favorite part would have to be the yams, although it was all delicious. We are so happy she let us crash her family Thanksgiving! They were so nice, and we had a really great time. I hope everyone else had a great day!!!
