Clint planted this beautiful flower a few years ago. He said it looked pretty and we had the space for it. Little did we know the other lilies would take over the entire section. I wish all the lilies were this pink kind. This year we had 3 flowers blooming and Bode ripped the unopened bud off all of them except for one. I’ve been patiently waiting and it’s finally bloomed! To my surprise there are 2 blossoming flowers for this one stem. I’ve been loving the flowers. We had tons of white lilies this year, but I think the heat ruined them way too fast.
This little guy was hanging around the raspberries this afternoon. I shouldn’t say little though.. he was huge.
We have a huge bush in the front yard and bees are calling it home. They swarm these white blossoms and it makes me scared to open my front door! I have had a few bees get into the house and it’s not fun.
