Carnival

So this lovely carnival you see in the picture is literally 20 feet away from my house. It comes every year and makes things pretty crazy for a few days. Most of my neighbors all bought the 3 day passes for their kids, but we opted for a bunch of tickets for one day. Bode had a lot of fun and I’m glad we didn’t have to go 3 days in a row! One was plenty for me. :)

He got a balloon which he was super excited about! He loves balloons.

The slide was a huge hit.

He had to ride solo before we met up with his friends. Some he was ok with… Others he was pretty sad.

This kid above was all over Bode. He was just being friendly, but Bode was NOT in the mood. Stranger Danger, right?

He got over it and had a blast on this roller coaster.

He got a fish balloon and he was really happy about it until I said something to him. He scowled at me and was grumpy after that. Boo.

More roller coaster ride, but with his friends this time. I have no idea why he felt like he should stand up while on the roller coaster. One of the carnis got mad at Bode because they had to stop a ride to make him sit down.

What do you do after spending the afternoon at a carnival? Get ice cream of course. :)
