Bode is terrified of Santa. Anytime we mentioned him this holiday season he immediately said he did NOT want to see him. He didn’t want him coming to the house, bringing him any toys, or talking to his elf, Rufie. He begged me not to see him or leave Santa any cookies and milk. So we didn’t.
I did put the boys in new jammies though. They looked super cute!
(Clint thought it would be funny if I took a picture of Owen looking like he was standing up. Of course I kept snapping even when he started to fall over. :)
We tried to explain to Bode on Christmas morning that Santa was nice and he brought Bode all the toys and that he was very sad that Bode didn’t leave him any cookies. I think he feels a lot better about the situation now because he keeps telling me that Santa is nice and he’s not scary and, “Tell Santa thanks for all my stuff!”
