We finally got our tree up. :) I love it in the house. Clint wanted to pick the weirdest tree the store had and I talked him into getting this one. It turns out that this one was pretty weird too. Oh well. I hate stringing lights because I can’t do it very well. I even undid it and tried to fix how uneven it was. They are still uneven, but I am not doing it AGAIN.
Bode loves it and keeps it on all day long.
I started a tradition of having an ornament of Bode on Christmas morning. The one above is him from 2009 and I remember him walking around in this grey sweats outfit my mom gave him and eating a chunk of breakfast casserole he stole from her. We died when we got it out and saw how little he was! This year after Christmas is over I will order 2 more so we can have Bode and Owen’s Christmas Day ornaments for next year. It will be so fun once the kids are grown to see how they changed every year when we decorate the tree.
And here she is in all her glory. :)
