I’ve finally joined, along with the rest of the world. I have to say I really do like it. :) It’s a bit on the buggy side, but hopefully they will sort themselves out. I’ve tried a few different things and I thought it would be fun to post about what I try. So first up is this yummy treat I made the other night! My sister Kelli pinned it first. Nutella Ice Cream.
I decided to buy a Costco sized thing of 2 jars of Nutella a looooong time ago. It was just sitting in my pantry. I like it ok, but never think to use it. Word to the wise: Don’t try something out for the very first time in a COSTCO size. Clint doesn’t like it and I haven’t tried to feed it to Bode in forever. I thought this recipe would be the perfect way to use it up and it was super easy to make.
I started out with it in the blender… and then my blender wasn’t blending when I realized I needed to fix something in the base. So I had to scoop out all the Nutella and bananas and put it in my Kitchen aid. Then Bode turned on the blender and sprayed the mixture all over the place. Then I had to clean up the whole kitchen, the blender, and the Kitchen aid. It was worth it. :) Here she is.
My only change is I added a bit of cinnamon.
